![]() Welcome to the North Metro First Baptist Church MOPS Consignment Sale! We are excited that you have chosen to sell with us! We have 200 seller spots available for our sale. Our sale has a large selection of cribs, bedding, maternity, seasonal clothing (infant to size 14), shoes, toys, strollers highchairs, car seats, books, videos, baby items, tricycles, bikes, play equipment and more!
Sale Dates and Times::

Public Sale: Friday, 8/13 (9:00am - 8:00pm) 1/2 Price Sale: Saturday, 8/14 (8:00am - 12:00pm) Pickup: Saturday, 8/14 (4:00pm - 5:00pm) We encourage you to spread the word about our sale to your friends and family! We always have a wonderful turnout of shoppers! Mark the dates on your calendar and we look forward to seeing you there to shop as well! The first 200 shoppers on Friday receive a free goody bag with coupons and items from local businesses. We are offering our sellers a computerized service which will save you time! By electronically entering all of your items, you can save time while tagging. In addition, you will receive a printout of your entire inventory and be able to manage your items as “sold” or “not sold”. Our computerized program, My Consignment Manager, offers bar-coded services with an easy to use website. There is no additional cost to you outside of our seller’s registration fee of $7. Through the use of this program, you can electronically enter your tags, print inventory sheets, print a donation list for tax filings, reuse your items for future sales with us, view your sales at the end of each sale day, and calculate your potential sales in dollars. We think you will find the program helpful, easy to use and a time saver! All tags must be generated using MyConsignmentManager.com and must follow tag instructions. No items will be accepted that are not in the proper format. We are offering a tagging service if you do not have time to tag your items. Sellers earn 50% of their sales for items that we tag. Sellers must provide hangers, safety pins and enough white cardstock. Eight tags will print on each page. Sort items by how you would like them priced such as $1, $2, etc. All items to be tagged must be dropped off by Friday, March 13th. Please email mops@northmetro.net to schedule a drop off time for items to be tagged. Please indicate in your email if you have any extra large items such as furniture or outdoor toys that will be dropped off at that time. Even if you are using our tagging service, you still need to register online at www.myconsignmentmanager.com/northmetro to secure your seller spot.
Drop Off: (for sellers tagging their own items)
Thursday 10:00am - 4:45pm Please register for a time to drop off your items on the drop off appointment schedule. Follow the signs to the gym at the back of the church property. There will be volunteers to help direct you at check-in. Please allow enough time to sort your own items and place them in the designated area on the sales floor. No drop offs will be allowed after 5:00pm. The $7 non-refundable administrative fee is due at check in and can be paid either by check or cash. Items will not be accepted until this fee is paid. We are limiting each seller to 350 items. If for any reason you are unable to keep your drop off time, please email us at mops@northmetro.net by the Monday prior to the sale weekend. Pick Up: Saturday 4:00pm-5:00pm Any items remaining after 5:00pm will be donated to a non-profit organization or North Metro Nursery. It is your responsibility to check the lost and found as well as the quality control section to see if any of your items are there. We will do our best to return all items to you. However, all sellers sell at your own risk. Payment: Your payment will be 70% of your sold items or 50% of your sold items if we tagged them for you.. The remaining 30% / 50% of your sales will be donated to the MOPS ministry of North Metro First Baptist Church. Payment will be picked up with your unsold items on Saturday from 4:00-5:00. If you do not pick up your items and payment on Saturday during the designated time, your items will be donated and your payment mailed to the address entered into MyCM. We will deduct the cost of the money order and postage from your earnings to mail your payment. Register as a Seller Follow this link to register to be a seller at the North Metro Consignment Sale.
