We understand that the middle school years are often crazy and unpredictable. You start to wonder about the meaning of life and why you exist. You start to struggle with real doubts and fears, often leaving you wondering if God really exists. Dynamics with friends, family, and other relationships become more complex, often causing hurt and pain. All of these things can make the middle school years very confusing. But you don’t have to fear! Thankfully, the Bible has much to say about the teenage years and how you can overcome your doubts, fears, hurts, and live a life that is victorious. God wants you to know that you exist to love and magnify Him and He wants to give you an exciting, abundant life. Come find out what God has to say to you at North Metro!
Sundays at 9:30am in the Lighthouse (Gym)
Life Groups are a safe place where students can belong and be known in a small group setting. Each Life Group is led by godly, servant-hearted leaders who have committed to walking through this season of life with your student. Their goal is to partner with you, the parent, in encouraging and supporting them as they navigate the teenage years.
We use Orange XP3 Students for our Life Group teaching curriculum on Sunday mornings.
XP3 Students FUELS PASSION in the heart of a teenager.
The XP3 curriculum is designed to leave teenagers with the lasting understanding that:
- I am created to pursue an authentic relationship with my Creator
- I belong to Jesus Christ and define who I am by what He says.
- I exist every day to demonstrate God’s love to a broken world
XP3 Students provides topical series focused on the wonder of who God is, the discovery of who you are and how you relate to God, and the passion we should have for one another. Each series highlights one, two or all three of these experiences in order to move students beyond information to a relational encounter with God through a large group/small group format.
Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00pm in the Lighthouse (Gym)
Every Wednesday night, students gather from all over Gwinnett County to experience hilarious games, authentic community, and teaching from the Bible that applies to the issues they face. From 6:30-7:00 is a time to play in the game room and spend time hanging out with friends. From 7:00 to 8:00 is the teaching and game time.
