We understand that the middle school years are often crazy and unpredictable. You start to wonder about the meaning of life and why you exist. You start to struggle with real doubts and fears, often leaving you wondering if God really exists. Dynamics with friends, family, and other relationships become more complex, often causing hurt and pain. All of these things can make the middle school years very confusing. But you don’t have to fear! Thankfully, the Bible has much to say about the teenage years and how you can overcome your doubts, fears, hurts, and live a life that is victorious. God wants you to know that you exist to love and magnify Him and He wants to give you an exciting, abundant life. Come find out what God has to say to you at North Metro!
Life Groups
Sundays at 9:30am in the Lighthouse (Gym)
Life Groups are small group Bible studies for students. We start our time together in a large group setting with crazy games, videos, and skits. After we pray together, students go to their group’s room. In a Life Group, students will experience Bible teaching from a loving, caring, carefully screened adult as well as authentic community with their peers.
Everything we do and learn about in Life Groups revolve around the following three components:
1. Know (know Jesus)
a. Upward development - Jesus grew in favor with God.
i. Lordship and Discipleship
2. Own (own your faith)
a. Inward development - Jesus grew in wisdom and stature.
i. Character and Discernment
3. Known (make your faith known)
a. Outward development - Jesus grew in favor with man.
i. Relationship and influence

Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00pm in the Light House (Gym)
Every Wednesday night, students gather from all over Gwinnett County to experience hilarious games, authentic community, and teaching from the Bible that applies to the issues they face. From 6:30-7:00 is a time to play in the game room and spend time hanging out with friends. From 7:00 to 8:00 is the teaching and game time.
